Teaching a split-grade or combined-grade class? Join us for a collaborative session that will allow us to share ideas, planning tools and resources that can support science learning for students in combined classes for two grades. We will provide general tools and strategies that can support multiple subjects to reach deep understanding of concepts and learning that will transfer into life.  We will look at including AI in our work to support student learning.  The goal for the session = plan smarter, not double.

Focus for December 5th 2024 - We will create space for teachers new to split, multiage, or combined grade classes to come together and learn some foundational skills for planning.

Focus for March 6th 2025 - We will create space for all teachers of split, multiage, or combined grade classes to talk about assessment, universal practices for learning and developing a classroom culture for learning.

Sign up for this 2-part series and feel free to attend one or both sessions. Sessions will be recorded and emailed to registered participants. Resources and materials will also be available to registrants.
