Our Team

As an accomplished educational leader with an M.Ed. in Educational Administration and over 20 years of progressive experience leading teams in the operational and strategic management of K-12 schools, Wilma's focus is building the leadership capacity of her team at CRC. As noted by Simon Sinek, "The true value of a leader is not measured by the work they do, but measured by the work they inspire other to do". Through the building of meaningful relationships, sharing responsibility, and developing innovative solutions, Wilma's goals include supporting responsive, timely, and accessible professional learning that connects educators and enhances professional practice for the Zone 5 education community, and in collaboration with ARPDC, the needs of all Alberta educators.
