TARGET AUDIENCE: GRADES K-4 TEACHERS, SUPPORT STAFF AND LIBRARIANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND

This session will provide support for all levels of school authorities that results in an increased awareness and understanding of First Nations, Métis and Inuit histories, perspectives, and ways of knowing. Educators, support staff will participate in professional learning to effectively select culturally appropriate resources and review instructional strategies to support all students in First Nations, Métis, and Inuit education, as it relates to their educational context.

This learning opportunity is being offered through curriculum implementation funding from Alberta Education.
