Target audience: Gr 3-6 Teachers, instructional leaders and pre-service teachers are encouraged to attend.

Have you recently welcomed a non-English speaker to your grades 3-6 class? In this session you will learn what to expect and how to start planning for and teaching your new EAL students. From testing and first impressions to planning a modified curriculum in core subjects, you will learn some new tools and perspectives to help you with your non-English speaking students.
